Hitting the road to make breakfast around the world during his National Geographic Show Gordon Ramsay: Uncharted. This week he's in Texas, the home of the longhorn, and is cooking up a delicious steak and eggs dish. 

INGREDIENTS: Bone-in Ribeye steak highest quality you can find about 1 pound, Kosher salt, Olive oil, 1 white onion, cut into ¾ - 1” thick slices, 5 cloves garlic smashed, unsalted butter, 1 bunch scallions, sliced into ½” rounds white and green parts separated, 2 eggs, 1 small bunch cilantro chopped, 1 lime, Flaky salt, Freshy crack black pepper.
