HOMEMADE GRANDMA'S CAKE EASY RECIPE - HOMEMADE BY BENEDETTA - "We prepare grandma's cream cake in a simple and quick way with shortcrust pastry without butter".
INGREDIENTS GRANDMA'S CAKE, FOR CREAM: 750ml of milk, lemon peel, 3 eggs, 6 tablespoons of sugar, 6 tablespoons of flour. FOR THE PASTRY: 3 eggs, 150g/5.29 oz of sugar, 120g/4.23 oz of sunflower oil, 1/2 bag of vanilla baking powder, 500g/1.10 lb of flour. FOR GARNISH: 40g/1.41 oz of pine nuts, powdered sugar.
